Having acquired certification for product quality under the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (Nadcap), the facility meets the strict quality requirements of the aerospace industry. CLOSEUPUsing briquetting machines to facilitate closed-loop recyclingAmong its efforts to reduce environmental impacts, UACJ recycles scrap aluminum leftover from machining and processing. Specifically, it uses briquetting machines to compress the scrap into briquette-shaped materials that can be efficiently transported and melted down for the production of aluminum products. This closed-loop recycling of scrap into new products helps the Company reduce CO2emissions.Die forging processLarge-scale ring materialsOpen die forging processAdvantage1Large-scale forging facilities capable of manufacturing products for the aerospace industryAdvantage2Large-scale equipment capable of machining and processing components as long as four metersThe Aerospace and defense materials business is capable of machining and processing large-scale components up to about four meters in length.
