Notice of Completion of Transfer of Shares in Subsidiary

UACJ Corporation hereby provides notice that, on September 30, 2019, it transferred all shares in UACJ Copper Tube Corporation (“UACJ Copper Tube”) to AG II Investment Limited Partnership and AG II.b Investment Limited Partnership, which are managed by Aspirant Group, Inc., and Toyokawa Holdings Inc., which holds all outstanding shares in Daiwa PI Partners Co., Ltd. We originally announced this transfer through our “Notice Concerning Transfer of Shares of Our Subsidiary (UACJ Copper Tube Corporation),” dated June 19, 2019.

With this transfer, UACJ Corporation will further concentrate its management resources into its aluminum business and redouble its focus on maximizing corporate value.

Furthermore, as indicated in the “Notice of Subsidiary Name Changes” dated August 29, 2019, UACJ Copper Tube will change its name to “NJT Copper Tube Corporation”, effective October 1, 2019, as it sets forth in pursuit of further growth.
