Leveraging the properties of aluminum in pursuit of enhancements to offer value-added materials
Our history stretches back over 125 years. Since starting the production of flat-rolled aluminum, we have gone through changing times with the development of aluminum. In December 2025, we took a step forward and moved our headquarters to a new location.
Amid a business environment surrounding our Group that changes significantly day by day, the role that aluminum plays in addressing climate change—a global-scale challenge—and in building a circular society (circular economy) is attracting worldwide attention. The Company upholds the Group corporate philosophy of "Contribute to a prosperous and sustainable society with technologies that bring out the innate power of materials." It maximizes the characteristics of aluminum and pursues value-added materials.
Under our current Fourth Mid-term Management Plan, we are advancing initiatives for global environmental conservation and entry into new fields, centered on four strategies—"promote recycling," "offer value-added materials to expand the machining business," "help stabilize supply chains in cutting-edge fields," and "develop new business areas." Through these efforts, we aim to achieve the long-term management vision "UACJ VISION 2030" and to contribute to realizing "aluminum lightens the world."
As one of the world’s leading integrated aluminum manufacturers, we will continue to enhance our production capacity and technological capabilities going forward and improve our ability to respond to social changes, in order to continue to provide products and solutions from a global perspective as a company indispensable to society.
