The Dream of Arumi
Aluminum leverages various advantages—such as being lightweight yet strong, highly workable, and possessing excellent thermal conductivity—and is widely used as a material in cans, smartphones, automobiles, trains, airplanes, rockets, and more, supporting people's daily lives and industry. Additionally, its high recyclability allows recycling to suppress CO2 emissions from the manufacturing process to just 3%, drawing attention as a material that contributes to reducing environmental impact. UACJ's aspiration to highlight the strengths of aluminum and contribute to realizing a sustainable and prosperous society is expressed through its original mascot character, "Yumeno Arumi ," in a fantastical animated world.
Aluminum lightens the world
One of aluminum's features is its light weight. Reducing the weight of transportation equipment can contribute to improved fuel efficiency and extended driving range. Furthermore, by leveraging its recyclability, it helps suppress waste generation. Through reducing environmental impact, aluminum is a material that creates a brighter future—this worldview is expressed via our tagline of "Aluminum lightens the world."
