What the UACJ Group can Do
We believe that respecting one another despite diverse backgrounds constitutes the "Well" (state of well-being) not only of the UACJ Group but of society as a whole and leads to a better condition. When all executives and employees of the UACJ Group—diverse in attributes, work styles, and careers—work proactively on their own initiative while putting into practice the values cherished by the UACJ Group, this supports UACJ’s business and generates high adaptability and flexibility in the face of change. We believe that feeling pride and fulfillment in working at UACJ, engaging in exciting work within an optimal environment alongside excellent superiors and colleagues, enables us to create outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
- "Well" refers to a state of happiness in which all aspects of one's life—physical, mental, and social are fulfilled.
