U-ALight is a new aluminum product series based on our conventional automotive products with the added benefit of lower environmental impact.

Features

5000 series aluminum alloys are widely used as they are the strongest non-heat-treatable alloys and also offer excellent formability.
5000 series aluminum alloys do not exhibit bake hardenability because they do not age-harden. However, their strength and formability do not change with natural aging.
U-ALight 5HF is an alloy for body panels, with Mg and Cu added to minimize softening during coat-baking.
