Notice on Year-End Dividend for the Fiscal Year Ended March 2006

At the Board of Director's meeting held on May 10, 2006, the year-end dividend per share for the year ended March 2006 was decided as follows.

This issue will be submitted for approval to the third general stockholders' meeting to be held on June 28, 2006.

Note

1.Reason for revision of dividend amount
Net income for the year ended March 2006 exceeded the amount forecast on February 8, 2006. As it is our fundamental policy to pay dividends in consideration of actual results, we have decided to pay a year-end dividend of 3.3 yen per share. Along with the interim dividend, the total annual dividend is 10.71 yen per share.
