Opening Ceremony Held for Our Chinese Subsidiary for Manufacturing Aluminum Extrusion Material for Automotive Heat Exchangers in China

On April 6, we held an opening ceremony for our wholly owned overseas subsidiary established in China, Furukawa-Sky Aluminum (Tianjin) Corp. (based in Tianjin in the People's Republic of China, under President Takeshi Nakayama) in its premises. About 100 guests and persons concerned from China and Japan attended the ceremony, including President and Chief Executive Officer Masateru Yoshihara of Furukawa-Sky.
By utilizing its high technical capabilities, the new subsidiary will respond to customer needs in China, where a rapid growth in demand is expected in the future.
