This year’s event—the third time it has been held—attracted 279 corporate participants from around the globe, including 8 Japanese companies. Furukawa-Sky was the first Japanese rolled aluminum products manufacturer to have an exhibit at this event.
Furukawa-Sky exhibited a wide range of products, centered on automotive parts including automobile and motorcycle frame materials and condensers, and other products such as aluminum sheets, functional materials, and electrical and electronics-related products. In addition to introducing visitors to the entire corporate group, the company set aside an area in the booth for Furukawa-Sky Aluminum (Tianjin) Corporation.
Moreover, Kozo Nishitsuji, Furukawa-Sky director and the general manager of the engineering division, conducted a seminar that introduced the company and discussed its businesses and technologies.
A total number of approximately 8,500 visitors attended the exhibition.
