Exhibit at ALUMINIUM CHINA 2008

May 8, 2008

Furukawa-Sky will exhibit at ALUMINIUM CHINA 2008, to be held in Guangzhou, China, from May 28 to 30, 2008.

ALUMINIUM CHINA is the largest aluminum industry exhibition in Asia and it is now in its fourth year. Last year's exhibition took place from August 28 to 30, in Shanghai, China. A total number of 279 companies participated from across the globe, including 8 Japanese companies, with attendance of approximately 8,500. Furukawa-Sky was the first Japanese rolled aluminum products manufacturer to have an exhibit.

This year about 300 companies are expected to participate, including 5 from Japan, with attendance projected to be approximately 8,000.

Furukawa-Sky will drastically expand the exhibition space over last year, primarily focusing on automotive products, including body sheets, sub-frames and condensers, as well as alloy plate products.
