Nagoya Works (Extrusion)
Overview
The Nagoya Works is the core of UACJ’s extrusion operations, supplying all tubing, bar, and profile extrusions with extremely high quality requirements, primarily for automotive heat exchangers and transportation equipment such as motorcycles, trucks, and rolling stock. The facility houses a 5,600-ton extrusion press, which is one of the largest in Japan, and several indirect presses suitable for high-strength extrusion. We have a complete production system with a vertical quenching furnace and various dedicated lines for heat treatment of motorcycle front forks and aircraft equipment.
